Management Training Opportunities
The SPAR Retail Trainee Manager’s Programme is focused on developing operational and behavioural management skills over a six-month period. The training is conducted in a ‘live’ store environment and facilitated by trained professionals.
The Trainees will be guided through the SPAR ' Training for Management ' workbook and progress on to the SPAR Lifelong Learning Programme, which is a nationally accredited programme and detailed in the SPAR Training section. There are also training workshops that the Trainees attend and these will be carried out at Head Office or a training location within the region.
On completion of the Programme and on satisfactory work performance the Trainee will become eligible for a Management position within their local region.
